About the author

Mike is a founder partner at Wellesley Construction Services and has advised a large number of Clients on a wide range of disputes over the past 18 years. He is an RICS Qualified Adjudicator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. His work involves regular domestic Arbitration and Adjudication, involving the major forms of standard contracts such as the JCT, ICE and FIDIC. He also advises on Contract negotiations on the same forms of contract, with wide experience of PFI, PPP and DBFO Projects
